Description
For this year’s 9th Birthday beer the brewery decided to keep it light and fresh with a lean and crisp malt profile to reflect the tropical fruits of Strata and Luminosa. They then layered up the dry hopping process with a Double Dry Hop, adding Strata® CGX™ right at the beginning. They then loaded the back end of dry hopping with more Strata® and Luminosa® for bursts of passionfruit, mango lemonade and fresh tropical fruits. Happy Birthday!
